What are
PLS Pavilions?

Collective spaces built around a specific sector

At the heart of EXPO PLS, leading companies and organizations come together around a shared sector, such as medical clinics, community pharmacy, women’s health, or innovation and technology. Together, they create greater value and bring the sector’s activities into one place. Each pavilion becomes a dynamic ecosystem of business meetings, immersive experiences, discovery activities and dedicated programming, designed around the sector’s priorities and the needs of its community.

Greater visibility

Joining a pavilion is a more strategic choice than a traditional visibility space (booth). Your participation automatically makes you a Pavilion Partner. Rather than occupying a standalone space on the show floor, you become part of an environment built around your sector, its credibility and its community. You gain more direct access to the right decision-makers, leaders and voices shaping the sector.

Les OBNL et les start-ups INNOVE PLS y ont aussi leur place. Plutôt que de les regrouper à part, PLS les intègre aux pavillons, là où se trouvent leurs interlocuteurs, leur audience, leurs partenaires et leur marché.

Pavilions are catalysts. They extend a whole sector’s reach well beyond its usual boundaries and give each partner a level of visibility that few standalone spaces can match.

PAVILION DESCRIPTIONS

In 2027, 11 pavilions will bring EXPO PLS to life, each with its own way of creating connections.

Digital Health & Technology

This pavilion showcases the solutions that are redefining how primary care works. Digital health startups, researchers, clinicians, institutions, incubators and investors come together to accelerate the adoption of technologies that make a real difference in the field. They also advance the investment and development models that allow an innovation to scale. The goal goes beyond demonstrating a product: it’s about connecting the entire ecosystem with those who have the power to deploy these innovations and amplify them.

Community Pharmacy

Community Pharmacy

Community pharmacy remains the most accessible entry point into the primary care system. Present across the country, it is often the first stop, even before a medical consultation. This pavilion brings together pharmacy banners, pharmacist networks and pharmaceutical companies that are actively redefining the clinical role of pharmacy. It showcases pharmacy projects and opens the conversation on the place pharmacy can take in a more integrated primary care system.

Talk to Our Team

Canadian Pavilion

The Canadian Pavilion brings together the leaders who are guiding pan-Canadian transformations in primary care. Provincial health authorities, national associations and federal agencies meet here to advance interoperability, the standardization of practices and the sharing of knowledge from coast to coast. It also becomes a gateway to new markets, in Canada and internationally.

Talk to Our Team

Medical Clinic

Medical clinics are at the heart of primary care. They are often the first point of contact between the public and the health system. This pavilion brings together clinic networks, family medicine groups, nurse practitioner-led clinics, specialized medical centres, and medical imaging and rehabilitation clinics. Physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and multidisciplinary community-based teams also take part. The companies that equip these clinics every day (management, technology, professional services) find their place here. They address concrete issues and present their solutions directly to those who run clinics across the country.

Talk to Our Team

Women’s Health

Women’s health is moving up the list of primary care priorities. This pavilion gives it the space it deserves at the heart of the congress. Women represent 51% of the Canadian population and 80% of the health workforce, a weight that deserves to be fully reflected in the system’s priorities. Specialized clinics, femtech companies and organizations dedicated to this issue come together to share their approaches and solutions. The pavilion positions women’s health as a field of expertise in its own right, with its rightful place in the system’s major conversations.

FAQ

Do I get the same benefits as an exhibitor if I don't reserve a visibility space in the pavilion?
Yes. Joining a pavilion automatically grants you pavilion partner status, whether or not you reserve a visibility space. The benefits associated with your partnership tier—including conference passes, visibility, access to conference sessions, and tickets to the PLS IMPACT Gala—remain the same. A physical visibility space is an additional option, not a requirement to become a partner.
Why Choose a Pavilion Instead of a Standard 10x10 Booth?
A pavilion brings together an entire sector and its target audience in one location, creating a natural gathering place and making it a destination within the exhibition rather than an isolated booth on the show floor. You benefit from a collective presence and programming dedicated to your sector, while gaining visibility as a partner and leader in your field.
What Is the Difference Between the Official, Stage/Experience, Collaborator, Ally, Nonprofit, and INNOVATE PLS Tiers?
Each tier offers a different set of benefits, including conference passes, access to conference sessions, visibility, PLS IMPACT Gala tickets, and VIP plenary seating, depending on the level of investment.
Is There a Limit to the Number of Partners per Pavilion?
The number of Collaborator Partners, INNOVATE PLS spaces, and nonprofit spots is limited, but there is no limit on the number of Ally Partners.
Can I Propose a Topic or a Speaker?
Yes. Official and Stage/Experience tier partners receive priority consideration when proposing a conference session or, in an immersive pavilion, an activity. The official Call for Speakers, open to the entire PLS community, runs from December 1, 2026, to February 12, 2027. However, priority is given to pavilion partners.
Are Pavilion Conference Sessions Available After the Congress?
No. Conference sessions presented on the EXPO PLS stages are not recorded.
How Will My Logo or Presence Be Highlighted in the Pavilion?
All partners are featured on the pavilion’s Partner Wall and benefit from a visibility plan. The Official and Stage/Experience tiers offer additional exposure, including full visibility as an event partner.
Can I Be a Partner in More Than One Pavilion?
Yes, a company can choose to partner with more than one pavilion if its products or services span multiple sectors.
What Is the Deadline to Reserve My Spot in a Pavilion?
March 1, 2027
How Do I Reserve an Exhibition Space Within the Pavilion?
Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can a Network or Association Propose the Creation of a New Pavilion?
A network or group of companies can propose a special project that brings together several partners around a common theme without creating a separate pavilion. This is known as a special project.
These projects are typically created by combining multiple visibility spaces (2, 3, or 4) and can also take the form of a themed lounge, an option already included in the partnership plan.
Who Organizes the Programming When Multiple Companies Share the Same Pavilion?
The PLS team coordinates the programming with all pavilion partners to ensure that everyone benefits and has the opportunity to contribute their expertise.
What Is the Difference Between a Pavilion with a Stage and an Immersive Pavilion?
Both options showcase your expertise in two different ways.

Pavilions with a stage feature dedicated programming, including conferences, panel discussions, and conversations held at the heart of the space, in front of an audience directly involved in your sector. They offer opportunities to share your expertise and, most importantly, connect with your target audience.

Immersive pavilions focus on the experience. Through demonstrations, simulations, and interactive activities, visitors get a firsthand look at your reality or solution. They stop, explore, test, and engage, creating natural opportunities for meaningful connections. You can design an activity that reflects your brand and expertise.
In both cases, spaces fill up quickly. The earlier you commit, the more opportunities you have to shape your participation and make a meaningful contribution.
What Does an Immersive Activity Look Like?
An immersive activity allows visitors to experience a real-world situation rather than simply learn about it. Examples include a hands-on simulation, equipment demonstrations, an interactive experience, a questionnaire to complete, or a challenge to take on. Partners can propose an activity, and the PLS team supports them in bringing it to life and showcasing it effectively.
