Health Network Players
and Decision-Makers

Looking for the people who move the health network forward? They are at PLS.

Public, Industry and Community

All Together at PLS

The public network, industry and the community sector each hold part of the solution. At PLS, they act together.

This changes the quality of the conversation. Issues are seen from every angle. Projects move faster, because the people who can make them happen are already in the room. And collaborations emerge where no one expected them.

A hallway conversation is sometimes enough to unblock a file that has been stalled for months.

How to Get Involved

You can take part in our events and meet the players who matter. You can also propose a talk or a forum topic, to put your ideas in front of those who can move them forward. You can finally become a partner and contribute to the largest health conference in Canada.

Each entry point offers a different angle. All lead to the same place: where the entire network comes together.

Content That Speaks to Every Role

Keynote Presentations, Panel Discussions, and Strategic Forums

Whether you lead an organization, manage a team, develop a solution or carry a community project, PLS offers content made for your reality.

Keynotes give the big picture. Roundtables go deep into the issues. Strategic forums put challenges on the table and look for paths to action. Each year, a unifying theme guides the program. In 2027, Agir ensemble (Acting Together) puts collaboration models, rapidly deployed projects and solutions already working elsewhere at the center.

You leave with ideas you can apply the following week.

PLS 2027 Congress

The Network's Meeting Place.

Dozens of federal and provincial politicians have attended PLS over the years. Leaders of the largest health organizations, in Canada and abroad, have also taken the stage. They come because the exchanges are direct and the discussions lead to action.

Every year, more than 2,000 people from across the country gather at PLS with the same intention: to move the network forward. Ideas are tested, projects gain momentum and solutions are built with the people who can carry them out.

Meetings That Open Doors

At PLS, barriers come down.

The person you have been trying to reach for months is a few steps away, ready to talk with you. Several participants confirm it: it is the equivalent of 3 to 6 months of outreach and business development in just 2 days at PLS.

The PLS app helps you plan your meetings, spot the right people and stay in touch well after the event. CONNECT PLS, our B2B meeting space, gives you a place to set meetings and go deeper in your conversations. Events take place in person only, because value is created in the connections built on site.

A Community Engaged All Year Long

PLS is not limited to a few days a year. Our community also gathers in our forums, in thematic days such as PLS Community Pharmacy Day, in our PLS Leaders Podcast and in our Beyond PLS content.

Each gathering extends the discussions and strengthens relationships. The more you get involved, the more the community gives back.

FAQ

Who attends PLS?
PLS welcomes everyone involved in managing and organizing health networks and in transforming primary care and front-line care. Politics, the public network, industry and the community sector are all represented. Each year, nearly 2,000 professionals, managers, leaders and decision-makers from across the country take part.
I don't consider myself a decision-maker. Is PLS for me?
Yes. The network moves forward thanks to those who care, innovate and commit, not only those who make decisions. At PLS, we give you a voice. You can speak up, discover new solutions, take the floor and think directly alongside decision-makers. You influence the discussions, meet people who can support your projects and bring them a perspective they do not always have.
How can I meet a specific person at PLS?
At PLS, barriers come down. Ministers mingle with health professionals and industry, and experts sit beside you. On site, exchanges are natural, and you often meet the right people between sessions or during a break. To go further, the PLS app lets you find who is attending and plan your meetings before the event. CONNECT PLS is the meeting point where you set up times to meet during PLS.
What sets PLS apart from other health conferences?
The quality of its audience. This audience creates a level of mobilization rarely seen elsewhere. Ideas do not stay on stage: they turn into collaborations, projects and action. It is the place to present a project, an innovation or to take a first step into a new market. Everything happens in person, which makes exchanges direct and relationships lasting. Several participants estimate that two days at PLS equal 3 to 6 months of outreach.
Can I speak or propose a topic?
Yes. The PLS call for speakers runs every year from December 1, 2026 to February 12, 2027. You can submit up to two topics. To suggest a forum or collaboration idea outside the call for speakers, write to us at info@productionsplakett.ca.
Is PLS offered online?
No. PLS events are designed to foster lasting relationships and take place in person only.
What happens between two conferences?
The PLS community stays active all year. It gathers in forums, in thematic days such as PLS Pharmacy Day, in the PLS Leaders Podcast and in Beyond PLS content. The newsletter and our social media keep you informed of upcoming gatherings.
How do I register, and can I transfer my ticket
Registration is online, from our event pages. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else through the PLS app, a bit like a show ticket.
