Why exhibit at PLS?

Taking part in PLS means direct access to a qualified audience: 86% of attendees are executives and decision-makers shaping the future of primary care and front-line health in Canada. Forget the traditional booth with black drapes and a table covered in brochures. At PLS, you become an ambassador for your brand, your products, your projects and your contribution to the network, through immersive experiences, demonstrations, product trials, games or giveaways that generate an engagement rate of more than 56% among attendees.

It also means national visibility. Each year, PLS showcases between 250 and 300 innovation projects, supported by media coverage that reaches several millions of people. The PLS app and the tools available to you provide support every step of the way, helping turn that visibility into concrete business opportunities that extend well beyond the event itself.

A qualified audience

Our audience brings together elected officials, ministers, deputy ministers and senior executives, alongside healthcare professionals, medical clinics, the community pharmacy ecosystem, life sciences and technology sectors, investors, incubators and accelerators. Bringing this breadth of expertise together in one place creates an environment that is difficult to replicate elsewhere: 86% of attendees are decision-makers, with an engagement rate of more than 56% when given the opportunity to discover a solution or connect with an expert.

In 2026, PLS welcomed 1,800 people at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, along with more than 130 speakers and nearly 200 exhibiting companies. For 2027, the goal is to bring together 2,250 participants, with about 100 booths available.

Spaces designed to maximize your visibility

This year, approximately 100 spaces are available across EXPO PLS. New this year: you can choose between two types of booth. The standard space, customizable to your needs, and the privilege space, located near a high-traffic PLS Experience.

The EXPO PLS show floor is designed with a logic inspired by the IKEA method: each zone is built to move attendees naturally from one point of interest to the next. Each zone includes several pavilions, a food station and PLS Experiences (immersive activities), creating natural traffic and crowd flow.

Upcoming events

PLS Pharmacy Day and the other PLS activities do not offer booth space.

That doesn’t mean the door is closed. As a stakeholder and member of the PLS community, you may receive a special invitation to one of these events if your expertise matches its theme. A company active in community pharmacy, for example, could be invited to PLS Pharmacy Day. Invitations are extended on a case-by-case basis, according to the specific needs and objectives of each event.

FAQ

How many “exhibitor” tickets are included with the purchase of a visibility space (booth)?
Purchasing a standard visibility space (booth) automatically includes 3 exhibitor tickets. Non-profits and INNOVE PLS start-ups, whose spaces are within the pavilions, receive 2 congress tickets instead. The number of tickets therefore varies with the type of space chosen.
Is furniture included with the purchase of a booth?
Yes, the purchase includes a hard-wall structure with your organization's name, a one-metre counter (no logo) with a shelf, 2 stools, carpet, a trash bin, electricity and Wi-Fi. You’ll also have access to the PLS mobile app, designed to support your networking and business development throughout the event. The non-profit and INNOVE PLS stations in the pavilions have their own layout.
Do exhibitor tickets allow access to talks and other activities?
Yes, exhibitors can attend activities and sessions. We even encourage you to step away from your booth: the best encounters don't always happen behind a counter; they happen throughout the event. Meet new people, use your booth as a meeting point or demonstration are, and let the conversation continue wherever it leads.
Is lunch included with exhibitor tickets?
Yes, PLS provides a light breakfast, a healthy lunch and snacks at various points during the day. All our events also include a networking cocktail at the end of the day.
Can I add decorative elements to my booth?
Yes, you can customize your booth, with several options available: add furniture, bring in audiovisual equipment and decorate the space to your liking. Looking for advice? Contact us at info@productionsplakett.ca.
How will I manage my presence and my contacts at PLS, and with which tool?
Your exhibitor platform is your command centre before, during and after PLS. It’s where you build your profile in the app, adding your logo, description, documents, products and links, to create the page attendees use to plan their visit to your space.

On site, the badge scanner lets you capture each contact in a single tap and add notes on the spot, so follow-up can begin during the event, not weeks later. All your contacts are gathered in one place, ready to export, while the dashboard shows you in real time what your presence has generated.
Will we have access to the participant list?
Yes, through the Connect PLS tool in the PLS mobile app. You will have access about two to three weeks before the event. The list includes attendees who have consented to make their profile public. You will therefore only see people who have chosen to be visible.
I can’t find my profile in the attendee list (Connect PLS).
The list lets you browse other attendees, so your own profile does not appear in it. You can view and edit it directly in the PLS app. For other attendees to find you in their list, you need to have agreed to make your profile public.
Does the PLS app let you send meeting requests to participants, exhibitors and partners?
Yes, the app lets you send meeting requests to other attendees. Keep in mind that response rates for this kind of tool rarely exceed 10 to 15%, so treat it as one door among many: a short, specific message stating why you'd like to meet does far better than a generic invitation, and a follow-up on site often seals the deal.
What is a pavilion?
A pavilion is a shared space built around a specific sector (medical clinics, community pharmacies, women's health, digital health & technology, and more). Several companies and organizations come together as partners to focus their visibility on a targeted audience.
Why choose a pavilion over a standard booth ?
A pavilion brings a whole sector and its audience together in one place, creating a natural pull that turns it into a destination on the floor rather than a standalone booth. You benefit from the strength of the group and from a program dedicated to your sector.
What partnership levels are available in a pavilion?
Six levels are offered: Official, Stage, Collaborator, Ally, Non-profit and INNOVE PLS. Each comes with its own set of benefits, from event passes and visibility to session access and PLS IMPACT Gala tickets, depending on your budget and goals.
What types of stations are offered in a pavilion?
Three types of stations are offered: the Digital Station, with a 32-inch screen; the Meeting Station, a branded counter; and the Signature Station, an 8-foot banner with a cocktail table
Do I need to reserve a physical space to be a pavilion partner?
No. Joining a pavilion automatically gives you partner status, with or without a booth. The benefits tied to your tier, such as passes, visibility and session access, stay the same; the physical space is an add-on, not a condition for being part of it.
Can exhibitor passes be transferred between different representatives during the event?
No, for logistical and security reasons, exhibitor passes cannot be transferred between representatives during the event. We encourage continuous participation over both days, as this creates the greatest impact, ensures continuity in ongoing conversations, and allows representatives to fully experience the event rather than simply making a brief appearance.
Can I change one or more representatives a few days before the event?
Yes. Through your Exhibitor account, you can remove and add representatives right up to the last minute. You remain responsible for keeping this list up to date, so that everyone on site has their access and badge.
Are booth fees refundable?
No, booth fees are non-refundable. As soon as you confirm, your space is reserved in your name. If your team changes, you can still replace your representatives right up to the last minute through your Exhibitor account.
