Who Is PLS For?
PLS is for anyone engaged in health and in the transformation of primary and front-line care. Health professionals, managers, decision-makers, researchers, entrepreneurs, innovators and industry partners all come together there. Everyone finds their place.
Why Attend the PLS Congress?
Because this is where new developments are unveiled and the future takes shape. Innovations, announcements, projects, and ideas come to life here. It’s also where you connect with people you rarely have the opportunity to meet elsewhere: decision-makers, experts, and leaders from Canada’s largest healthcare organizations. More than 90% of attendees report being extremely satisfied, and 56% adopt new solutions on-site.
What types of content are presented?
The program offers several types of interactive and dynamic sessions: keynotes, panels, collaborative workshops, inspiring interviews, case studies, fireside chats, solutions talks, demos and pitch contests. Here, you do not just listen. You question the experts, exchange with the room and test ideas, at every session.
What is the theme of PLS 2027?
The 2027 theme is “Act Together”. It focuses on collaborations, concrete solutions and initiatives able to move the system forward. The content aims to show what works, and how to deploy it faster.
When does the Early Bird period start?
The Early Bird period runs from November 16, 2026 to January 15, 2027. It is the best window to reserve your ticket for the two days of the conference at the preferential rate. After this period, the regular rate applies. Book early to secure your spot.
Is the conference available online?
No. PLS events are designed to be experienced in person, to foster meaningful encounters and lasting relationships.
Where can I find the program?
The full program will be available on this page within a few weeks. It does not stay fixed: it keeps evolving until a few days before the conference. Speakers, topics and announcements are added over the months, to offer current, lively content, in step with what is moving in the health system. Come back and check it regularly.
